  • Parking: Our shop does not have designated handicap parking spots. However, parking is available within 20 feet of the entrance door, making it convenient for customers with mobility challenges.

  • Entrance and Navigation: The shop is situated on level ground with no steps or ramps required to enter or move within the customer service area. The entrance and interior spaces are designed to be accessible for customers using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids.

  • Service Areas: Our customer service counter and waiting area are on a single level, with no barriers such as steps or elevated platforms.

  • Restrooms: TDC Auto does not have public restrooms available.

2. Accommodations

  • We are dedicated to assisting customers with disabilities to ensure a smooth service experience. If you require specific accommodations (e.g., assistance with paperwork, communication support, or help accessing your vehicle), please let us know in advance or upon arrival.

  • For customers with visual or hearing impairments, we can provide verbal explanations of estimates, invoices, or service details and accommodate alternative communication methods (e.g., email communication at office@tdcautoshop.com).
