Welcome to TDC Auto. By engaging our auto repair and maintenance services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the customer) and TDC Auto, located at 6508 Westfield Ave, Pennsauken, NJ 08110. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
TDC Auto provides professional auto repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to diagnostics, tire services, brake repairs, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance. All services are performed based on the customer’s request and our professional assessment of the vehicle’s needs.
2. Service Authorization

Customers must authorize all services in advance, either verbally or in writing, when scheduling or visiting our shop.

We will provide an estimate of costs before performing services. Estimates are based on initial assessments and may change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will seek your approval for any additional work or costs.

TDC Auto reserves the right to refuse service if the requested work is deemed unsafe, infeasible, or outside our expertise.
3. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full upon completion of services and must be made in person at our shop (6508 Westfield Ave, Pennsauken, NJ 08110).

We accept cash, credit cards, or other approved payment methods. We do not accept online payments.

Failure to pay for completed services may result in TDC Auto retaining the vehicle until payment is received, in accordance with applicable New Jersey laws.

All prices quoted exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and its issues to ensure proper service.

You must disclose any known vehicle conditions that may affect repairs (e.g., aftermarket modifications or pre-existing damage).

Vehicles must be retrieved within [3 business days or your preferred timeframe] after service completion unless otherwise agreed. TDC Auto is not responsible for vehicles left beyond this period and may charge storage fees of $[amount, e.g., 25] per day, subject to applicable laws.
5. Warranties and Guarantees

TDC Auto warrants that all services are performed to industry standards by qualified technicians.

Specific repairs or parts may carry a limited warranty, as outlined at the time of service (e.g., manufacturer warranties on parts or limited labor warranties).

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.

6. Liability Limitations

General Liability: TDC Auto takes reasonable care to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not liable for damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing vehicle conditions, normal wear and tear, or external events (e.g., theft, vandalism, or natural disasters) while the vehicle is at our shop.

Tire and Wheel Services: During normal tire changes, performed in accordance with industry standards, minor cosmetic damage to wheels (e.g., scratches or scuffs) may occur due to the inherent nature of tire removal and installation processes. TDC Auto is not responsible for such wheel damage occurring during standard tire change procedures, provided the work is performed with reasonable care and skill.

Customer Property: TDC Auto is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle for service.

Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDC Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, lost wages) arising from our services.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least [24 hours or your preferred timeframe] in advance by calling (856) 663-0460 or emailing office@tdcautoshop.com.

Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation fee for reserved service slots, where applicable.
8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services should be reported to us promptly at (856) 663-0460 or office@tdcautoshop.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues, typically by offering repairs or rework at no additional cost.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Camden County, NJ.
9. Force Majeure
TDC Auto is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.10. Changes to Terms
